right of providing information

You can request confirmation from us as to whether and to what extent we are processing your data.

Right to Rectification

If your personal data that we process is incomplete or incorrect, you can request that we correct or complete it at any time.

 

Right to Erasure

You can request us to delete your personal data if we process it unlawfully or if the processing interferes disproportionately with your legitimate protection interests. However, we would like to point out that there may be reasons that prevent immediate deletion, e.g. if we have to comply with our statutory storage obligations.

Right to restriction of processing

You can ask us to restrict the processing of your data in the following cases:

  • if you contest the accuracy of the data, for a period enabling us to verify the accuracy of the data;

  • if the processing of the data is unlawful, but you refuse to delete it and instead request a restriction of data use;

  • if we no longer need the data for the intended purpose, but you still need this data to assert or defend legal claims, or

  • if you have objected to the processing of the data.
