Season W1 (4.1.2020 - 25.1.2020 and 29.2.2020 - 11.4.2020):

Season W2 (25.1.2020 - 1.2.2020 )

       Apartment A: € 105 / Apartment B: € 120

Season W3 (21.12.2019 - 4.1.2020 and 1.2.2020 - 29.2.2020):

       Apartment A: € 150 / Apartment B: € 165

One-time final cleaning: € 45

 

All prices excl. tourist tax (2 € per Adult and night), bed linen and towels. Towels can be booked for 6 € / person and stay and bed linen for 9 € / person and stay. You also can bring your own towels and bed linen.

Cancellation fee (§5 des AGBH)

At least 3 months before the agreed day of arrival of the guest, the accommodation contract can be terminated by a unilateral declaration by the contractual partner without paying a cancellation fee.

On a later termination the following cancellation fees are payable:

• 30% of the total price of the apartment costs (without cleaning/towels/bed linen) up to 30 days before the arrival date

• afterwards 80% of the apartment costs (without cleaning/towels/bed linen)

 

We recommend you to take out a travel cancellation insurance.
